We may not be aware of it, but we live in times of great changes and societal transformations and as such they shape our perception and the way we work and create. A distinct sign of these influences is the ongoing specialisation and formalisation that not only limits creative work, but ultimately will hinter it completely.
What if we could once more take up a more universal point of view? What if an idea could be understood and considered in its entirety? What if a text is not just seen a statement, but can rely on a realisation that works and thus the text itself can strive to inspire as its supposed to? What is every single social medium on the net was not just a channel to transmit, but rather a facette of a complete picture of a person, a brand or a thing?
Then ideas would become organically grown creatures instead of annoying weeds that need to be tended to according to this or that basic rule or school.
We want to work with people that carry projects with them that inspire them, that nobody else wants to take on, but that have to realised because burn so bright with their creators and thinkers. We want to give these persons a nursery garden for their ideas. Where we can develop together, let grow and nurture what will one day change to world we live in.

And to do that we use our values as a guide:

  • Passion
What we take on, we believe in and we will defend it with everything we have. Nothing is unimportant and nothing is put aside. Every step is an act of passion.
  • Honesty
Too much of what makes us ill is ignored today, too often on account of civility. Honesty however is the stepping stone for a shared creative process. Particularly when unpleasantness is concerned. Cheering on and being enthusiastic is just about as honest as critique and debattes are.
  • Inspiration
Inspiring others and being inspired in turn is fundamental. This is the way how we touch people in their lives, no matter where where, why or with what medium. Inspiration is the simplest version of the principle of lightness.
  • Knowledge
Knowledge leads to content and our knowledge drives us forward. Constant search for knowledge is uncomfortable, but a way of life. Our projects move along because we never accept a certain level of knowledge as a fixed level that never changes.
  • Audacity
Between passion and inspiration you need a dash of audacity, because without it conceptual laws, rules and standards become barriers. With audacity on your side however these almost-barriers become measures of our passion.
